Terms of Service

Welcome to ReadyUp — a Discord bot that links your crew's Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and Battle.net libraries, finds the games everyone owns, and organizes game nights. By using ReadyUp, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the bot.

Service Description

ReadyUp is provided "as is" to help you link platform accounts, sync game libraries and wishlists, compare games owned across your server, add manual entries, create Looking For Group (LFG) sessions and recurring game nights, and run votes on what to play.

User Agreement

Your use of ReadyUp indicates your agreement with these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be a registered user on Discord and comply with Discord's Terms of Service in order to use ReadyUp.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you add through ReadyUp — including manually added games, session titles, descriptions, notes, and the account identifiers you choose to link. You agree not to add any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Linked Accounts & Identification

ReadyUp stores the platform identifiers you choose to link (such as your SteamID or profile URL, Xbox gamertag, PlayStation online ID, and Battle.net account name) and may include your Discord user ID (via mentions) as part of session rosters and library comparisons. Linking never requires your platform passwords. By using the service, you acknowledge that your public Discord information and the identifiers you provide may be stored and displayed.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of ReadyUp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.

Third-Party Services

ReadyUp is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external platforms and services, including Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Battle.net, or any other linked service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReadyUp will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ReadyUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
